A packable seven-panel cap with modern trucker-hat styling. California Ultrasuede® combines a semi-structured shape, clean lines, and a relaxed Southern California look for travel and everyday wear.

Construction: Semi-structured (SS), with seven panels and 3D spacer mesh for support without bulk.
Exterior: 90% recycled nylon / 10% spandex with a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating.
Headband: Toray Ultrasuede® with a debossed logo and no itchy tags.
Brim: Soft, pre-curved EVA.
Closure: Adjustable clip closure with elastic.
Details: A top button and a discreet logo on the back tab.

-Ultrasuede® headband with debossed logo - no itchy tags! It has a smooth yet plush feel, comfortable in any climate, and resistant to odors and stains.
-Wrinkle-resistant exterior made from 90% recycled nylon and 10% spandex with a premium soft touch. We finished it with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating and anti-odor treatment.
-Semi-Structured hat fit with 3D spacer mesh gives it structure without bulk.
-Pre-curved EVA brim for a classic look that’s crushable, pliable, and most notably, floats. It’s offers protection from the sun without sacrificing comfort.
-Adjustable clip closure with the addition of elastic for some give. Clip it to your backpack or belt loop when not in use.
-Minimal branding with a discrete external logo on a small back tab.

-Top button for a classic look.

Awesome hat

Been using this hat for a few weeks and it’s been hard to put on any others since. The suede band and elastic strap makes it really comfortable to wear for a long time. My favorite though has been how it packs down. I commute by bike and some days my hair doesn’t recover from the ride, so being able to stuff this into a bag “just in case” has been awesome.
