How do I choose the right size?

Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your head where the hat will sit, above your eyebrows and ears. Compare your measurement with the sizing shown for the specific hat. Our size guide and fit quiz can help you choose.

What do the size numbers mean?

For the Pack Light Hat 2.0 Ultrasuede, Small is 56 cm / US hat size 7, Medium is 58 cm / US hat size 7 1/4, and Large is 60 cm / US hat size 7 1/2. The US hat-size numbers are not measurements in inches. Check each product page for its available sizes and fit details.

What is the Pack Light Hat 2.0 Ultrasuede made from?

Its exterior is 90% recycled nylon and 10% spandex. It has an Ultrasuede® headband, a soft EVA brim, and an adjustable clip closure with elastic. See the product page for full material and care details.

Does every version have a top button?

The standard Black, Green, and Grey Pack Light Hat 2.0 Ultrasuede variants do not have a top button. The variant named “Black with top button” does.

How do I wash my hat?

For the Pack Light Hat 2.0 Ultrasuede, hand or machine wash with cold water and like colors, then dry on a countertop. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or use fabric softener. Always follow the care instructions on your specific product page.

Do you offer free shipping?

When will my order arrive?

U.S. orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Economy shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery estimates vary by service and destination. Preorder timing, when offered, is shown separately on the product page.
