A packable six-panel cap with classic baseball-hat styling. Universal Ultrasuede® combines a semi-structured shape with technical materials for travel and everyday wear.

Construction: Semi-structured (SS), with six panels and 3D spacer mesh for support without bulk.
Exterior: 90% recycled nylon / 10% spandex with a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating.
Headband: Toray Ultrasuede® with a debossed logo and no itchy tags.
Brim: Soft, pre-curved EVA.
Closure: Adjustable clip closure with elastic.
Details: A top button and a discreet logo on the back tab.

-Wrinkle-resistant exterior made from 90% recycled nylon and 10% spandex with a premium soft touch. We finished it with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating and anti-odor treatment.
-Semi-Structured hat fit with 3D spacer mesh gives it structure without bulk.
-Pre-curved EVA brim for a classic look that’s crushable, pliable, and most notably, floats. It’s offers protection from the sun without sacrificing comfort.
-Adjustable clip closure with the addition of elastic for some give. Clip it to your backpack or belt loop when not in use.
-Minimal branding with a discrete external logo on a small back tab.

Perfect Travel Hat

I got this hat for a 3 week trip to Italy. Packed it away for the first week of the trip (wedding stuff) and brought it out for backpacking through the Dolomites and the Amalfi coast the last two weeks. Held its shape great and was packed down super flat when it wasn’t needed. I also put it through a lot, and it does not show any signs of wear and does not smell. I’m impressed. Highly recommend.

Travel hat you’ll actually wear outside of travel.

TLDR the title: bought this hat to replace another brand’s travel hat (elastic head band stretched out and made the fit worse). Never really liked that hat to begin with because it felt and looked floppy for my head shape - but having a hat while traveling is a must for me being bald so I was glad be be able to pack something.

What sets this hat apart from all other ‘travel’ hats is that it’s semi structured. This is huge for me. It actually looks like a regular ball cap and I can fold it up or lay it flat in a bag. Best of all it looks and feels good enough to wear it on a regular basis so it doesn’t feel like a compromise when I travel. I reach for this hat more than I thought I would - so glad that I got it and love the versatility. The mesh panels would keep you cool on a hot day, but I wish there was an option for solid all the way around for cooler climates like mine. The brim of this hat maintains a slight curve which is just my style.
