We made the Pack Light Hat (PLH) 2.0 ultra premium. We could call it a 3.0, but we don't want to cause confusion. Same great fit, different configuration. Premium materials with a focus on quality, comfort, and versatility. 

Features

- Ultrasuede® headband with debossed logo - no itchy tags! It has a smooth yet plush feel, comfortable in any climate, and resistant to odors and stains
- Proprietary wrinkle resistant polyester with a premium soft touch. We finished it with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating and anti-odor treatment. 
- Pre-curved EVA brim for a classic look that’s crushable, pliable, and most notably, floats. It’s offers protection from the sun without sacrificing comfort.
- Adjustable clip closure with the addition of elastic for some give.
- Minimal branding with a discrete external logo on a small back tab.
- 6 panels.
- No top button for when you bump your head.
- No eyelets.

Most comfortable hat

I like unstructured dad hats and this is the most comfortable hat I have ever worn. You can wear it all day and forget you have it on. Great for travel. You can crush the bill and it bounces right back. Great customer service too.

Customer service was AMAZING!!!

Originally bought the regular PLC 2.0 hat. hat didn’t arrive by the stated deliver date. Emailed customer service and got a prompt response. The hat was on back order and would take a couple more weeks to arrive. kinda bummed cus I was looking forward to using this on an upcoming weekend. Then scott from customer service gave me the option of sending me the ultra suede version instead! Wow.

As for the hat. Everything I wanted from a travel hat. Very light and soft while still having enough structure. And the ulrasuede feels really nice!
