We believe the inside of a hat should feel as good as the outside looks. That is why we use Toray Ultrasuede®, a Japanese-engineered microfiber originally developed as a sustainable alternative to natural suede and now a symbol of performance luxury.

Ultrasuede® is soft, breathable, and built to last. It resists pilling, staining, and odor while maintaining its plush texture even after countless wears and washes. We bond it seamlessly to our headbands so it sits smooth against your skin with no tags or rough edges, only pure comfort.

Unlike natural leather or cotton bands that trap moisture, Ultrasuede® wicks away sweat and dries quickly, making it ideal for travel and warm weather. Over time, it molds subtly to your head’s shape, creating a custom-fit feel that improves with wear.

We start with a material designed from the ground up to perform where other hats fall short. Our bonded fabric combines two layers that move, breathe, and hold their shape through any journey.

• Exterior: A 90% recycled nylon, 10% spandex blend with a PFC-free DWR (durable water-repellent) finish. This outer layer keeps light rain and sweat at bay while giving the hat a technical yet refined texture.
  
• Interior: A smooth 100% nylon lining treated with an antimicrobial and anti-odor finish to stay fresh between washes.
  

The result is a soft-touch material that feels premium in your hands but stands up to real travel abuse. It is wrinkle-resistant, quick-drying, and structured enough to bounce back after being packed away. Think of it as the technical shell of your favorite jacket, reimagined for your head.

The brim is where structure meets flexibility. We use a closed-cell EVA foam that is crushable, buoyant, and lightweight. It bends when you pack it, rebounds when you unpack it, and even floats if it falls in water.

Unlike cardboard or plastic inserts used in traditional caps, EVA foam does not absorb sweat or break down over time. It maintains a gentle curve that frames your face naturally, balancing durability with the soft give you want from a travel hat.

Sometimes the simplest material makes the biggest difference. Our silky stretch headband is made from a high-density performance knit that’s smooth to the touch, moisture-wicking, and built to keep its shape over time.

It flexes gently to fit every head size without pressure points or tightness. The fabric moves with you, maintaining comfort during long flights, hikes, or hot days outdoors. Unlike stiff cotton bands that absorb sweat, our stretch material dries fast and stays cool against your skin.
