A packable, unstructured six-panel cap for travel, adventure, and everyday wear. The Pack Light Hat 2.0 Ultrasuede® keeps the original Pack Light Hat 2.0 fit and adds a premium material configuration.

Exterior: 90% recycled nylon / 10% spandex with a durable water-repellent (DWR) coating.
Headband: Toray Ultrasuede® with a debossed logo and no itchy tags.
Brim and closure: Soft, pre-curved EVA brim and an adjustable clip closure with elastic.
Size options: Small — 56 cm / US hat size 7; Medium — 58 cm / US hat size 7 1/4; Large — 60 cm / US hat size 7 1/2.
Top button: Standard Black, Green, and Grey have no top button. The Black with top button variant includes one.

Awesome Hat. You need this!

This hat is awesome. Buying any product online you miss the ability to experience “hand feel”. Let me tell you, the fabric on this is absolutely amazing. For a packable hat, this is exactly the fabric you want. It’s soft , durable, and super wrinkle free. This is my new favorite hat and I have an entire cabinet filled with hats.

If you’re not a hat person because you think hats are uncomfortable, guess again. This one with the ultrasuede feels like it’s barely there. I got my hat recently and I’ve been wearing it all day even in the house and never get “hat itch” or hot.

I bought some as gifts and I’m sure they will love them when I gift them soon.

Love it.

Got this on a pre-order and they sent an extra hat with it! Very impressed with the build quality and it looks great. It is going to be excellent for travel. Next purchase is the Bali hat!
