We did some tinkering. The PRO takes everything people love about our original Pack Light and upgrades the details that matter most once you actually live in it. Same easygoing, unstructured feel. Same proprietary fabric that resists odor, stains, and wrinkles. Just smarter components, better rebound, and a few thoughtful surprises.

What Makes It PRO?

New Silky Stretch Headband

We replaced the Ultrasuede with a silky smooth stretch band that feels lighter, cooler, and more forgiving. No break-in period, no pressure points, just instant comfort from the first wear.

Reinforced EVA Brim with Our Secret Sauce

This brim is the real upgrade. Reinforced with our proprietary material blend, it cannot and will not hard fold. You can pack it flat, stuff it in a bag, or bend it out of the way and it always rebounds back to its original shape. No creases. No memory lines. Ever.

Tropical Print Interior

A subtle tropical print lives on the inside front panel. It is not loud, not flashy, just a little reminder that this hat was designed with travel in mind.
